Pada 30 November 2017 lembaga standar internasional (ISO) telah menerbitkan standar ISO terbaru. Sekarang telah terbit standar terbaru ISO/IEC 17025:2017 atau standar internasional manajemen lab yang baru dengan judul standar " General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories ". In-house training ISO Standar manajemen laboratorium edisi ke-3 ini menggantikan standar lama ISO/IEC 17025 :2005.
